Advancing Your Education: Free Webinar on French-Canadian Research

If you have French-Canadian ancestry or connections, you might want to attend a free online presentation on that topic this Thursday, 28 October 2021!

The Dakota County (Minnesota) Historical Society will host Paula Stuart-Warren, Certified Genealogist®, FMGS, FUGA, as she presents, Virtual Genealogy: French-Canadian Family Connections. Paula will cover people, records, resources, and repositories in a way that will be sure to give your French-Canadian research a boost. The program is on Thursday, 28 October 2021, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM CDT. Registration is free on the Dakota County Historical Society’s event page.

Paula is a well-known professional genealogist and educator who blogs at Genealogy By Paula.

The program is free, but a small donations are welcome and will allow the society to continue to present quality programs to the public.

    This Canadian tried to register and leave a donation but could not check out. It seems it’s only open to those living in USA.
